Only Trained worker shall be used for rigging and
lifting at site. Fall arrestor, Safety nets and all required PPE
shall be used. Only certified lifting M/C, Tool and tackles shall
be used for lifting. Barricading of Crane swing area and worker shall not
be allowed to work anytime below loads. A standby person shall be used for proper
communication with crane operator. Wooden sleepers shall be used in case soil is loose. At any time lifting M/C Tool and Tackles shall not
be loaded more than rated SWL Market. Lifting M/C Tool and Tackles shall be inspected on a
weekly basis. Use proper guy ropes to avoid swinging of ropes with
load. Adequate warning notices shall be placed to wan
workers about the hazards. Adequate shoring shall be provided to nearby
excavations. Work permit system shall be followed. |
